Pacific Trinetics Corporation’s Standard Screen Printer is designed and engineered to meet the demanding requirements of today’s sophisticated ceramic sheet printing in electronic component production. The system’s proprietary control software combined with the state-of-the-art motion control system ensures printing accuracy of ± 5 µm. PTC’s Screen Printer design allows single print or double print with a self-adjusting squeegee leveling system. Four guide shafts stand on a base plate to support the screen frame. The stage can be adjusted and locked in X, Y, and Theta directions using high-precision cameras. The printing area is enclosed as the machine is being operated.
