The BA Series Ceramic Blanker is designed for high-speed, precision cutting of ceramic reels to the sheet. With its enhanced software and direct drive motion system and a state-of-the-art tension control system, the program calls out blanking locations with precise positioning and timing.

A fully automatic loading and unloading area provides ease of operation and low maintenance. Fully adjustable in width and length, the PTC blanker also offers high-end static eliminators and barcode printing for sheet tracking. It supports blanking of a wide range of sheet thicknesses.
