Overview
The Allegro™ MLCC Testing Systems—developed by ESI/MKS Instruments and now manufactured and sold exclusively by Pacific Trinetics Corporation (PTC)—define the benchmark for high-speed, high-reliability testing of multilayer ceramic capacitors.
Designed for seamless integration across R&D, pilot, and high-volume production, Allegro™ systems combine precise electrical measurement with high-throughput automation, delivering accurate and repeatable performance for today’s ultra-compact and high-capacitance MLCCs.
Allegro™ MLCC Test Lineup
The Allegro™ series extends this performance across three specialized platforms, each optimized for a different segment of MLCC testing—ultra-compact, large-chip, and high-voltage devices.
All models share ESI’s proven rotary handling technology and measurement architecture to ensure consistent results, low contact wear, and maximum yield in demanding production environments.
