PTC’s VM Series Large Format Injection Via Fill System utilizes advanced vision alignment to deliver uniform filling for via holes on large green ceramic sheets. This technology achieves accurate fills as small as 0.004” without issues like overfilling or air trapping, common in screen printing. Operators lock in alignment initially and then start automatic filling using Duo-Touch safety controls.

Via paste is injected through a metal stencil mask directly into via holes, with air pressure ensuring thorough filling and preventing trapped air. The paste is stored in a sealed reservoir to maintain viscosity, ensuring consistent quality throughout each production cycle. This stable process delivers high yield and exceptional quality.
