The PTC MS08003 Automatic Stacker is engineered to meet the stringent demands of LTCC and HTCC fabrication, where stacking precision is critical to final product integrity. Designed for both laboratory and high-mix, mid-volume production, it offers reliable, accurate, and flexible stacking of sheets with or without Mylar support film.
Its dual-mode build sequences (Peel-Stack-Press or Stack-Press-Peel) and option to flip sheets during stacking deliver unmatched fabrication flexibility. Precision alignment is achieved via PTC’s proprietary vision alignment software and dual CCD cameras, ensuring optimal registration in X, Y, and Theta axes.
Process parameters—including stacking force, time, sequence, and Mylar removal—are fully programmable through the intuitive, recipe-driven touch screen interface, which supports up to 999 stored recipes for maximum efficiency. An optional barcode scanner is available to ensure correct sheet tracking, while the compact, ergonomic design supports streamlined operation in diverse production environments.
