Large Size MLCC Testing System 🡺
The Allegro™ XP Is designed for testing MLCC sizes larger than 0603 (EIA) / 1608 (metric) while maintaining the industry first-million-pieces-per-hour throughput. The XP version is also capable of (1,000 V) DWV testing of high voltage MLCCs.
With patented pulse-actuated contacts and low impact rotary chip handling technology, terminations are safe from scratches typically cause by other systems.
🡸 Ultra Small MLCC Testing System
The Allegro™ is designed for testing of Ultra Small MLCC sizes from 01005 (EIA) / 0402 (metric) to 0603 (EIA) / 1608 (metric) at speeds up to nearly 1.2 million pieces per hour. The Allegro™ supports testing up to 600 volts. With up to 8 active stations and software selectable voltage polarity for IR testing the Allegro™ provides the highest levels of electrical characterization flexibility.
