MUNICH, November 12, 2019 – Pacific Trinetcs Corporation (PTC) unveiled a new ceramic cutter at Poductronica 2019, the leading trade fair for showcasing innovative electronic solutions.
The PTC Load/Unload Ceramic cutter is built for high speed, precision cutting and is programmed to call out cut locations, alignment positions, camera positions, blade speed, cut depth and can memorize start and end positions for automatic cutting with little operator interaction. The cutting system accepts a ceramic bar size of up to 8″ square and material as thick as 0.340”. It makes 6 cuts per second when operating in automatic mode. The new cutter is an excellent addition to PTC’s top of the line microelectronic ceramic product line.
