Trinetics Corporation¨s Model APS-8718 Automatic Punching System is
specifically designed for precision hole punching in green ceramic tape
and thin metals. The APS-8718 represents a low cost, high performance
solution for punching hole diameters down to 3 mils (75
mm)
at production rates of up to 1440 hits/minute. With a positional
accuracy of +/- .0002" (5
mm),
tooling changeovers that take only minutes and an exclusive automatic
laser via verification system, the APS-8718 leaps ahead of the
competition.
The APS-8718 offers a compact design with a choice of punch head
configurations. Material up to 8" (203mm) square can be processed on
individual frames or directly on the system¨s innovative custom tool
plate. The software is user friendly and extremely flexible. Tooling is
of the highest quality and the cost is substantially lower than that of
the competition. Whether prototyping new designs or running large
production volumes, the APS-8718 meets the demand.
